June 2024 - Diane was feeling a bit on the heavier side.

She had let things slide to the point where she was eating whatever she wanted, exercise was non-existent, and she avoided going out because she hated how she looked in clothes.

She was desperate to stop feeling so shite, so she took the plunge and joined StrongLife.
