Because I’m so passionate about helping people lose weight, every person receives a tailored program to suit their needs and goals with a set time frame. Everyone has access to regular assessments also to track progress.
It’s not about how you look and feel right now, it’s about how you WANT to look and feel and how I can help you get there.
That being said, I don’t just work with anybody and we must be a good fit for each other.
Who it’s for

- The ones who have been active in the past but have fallen off the wagon and let things slip.
- They may have slowly gained poor habits and didn’t realise until their favourite clothes stopped fitting or they see themselves in a photo.
- We look to work with people who are ready to make changes and are open to being coached.
- People who are welcome to the idea of trying new things and challenging themselves.
- Most of all, it’s for people who will add to the friendly environment in the gym.
Who it’s not for
- If you’re looking for a quick fix or the easy way out, then we’re not for you.
- If you’re constantly bouncing around every gym and fitness class and blaming the trainers for your lack of results.
- We can’t do it for you, you have to be willing to work with us.
- We really don’t want “serious” people. Being honest, training fun and easy going people brings out the best in me and that means the best for the client.
The outcome of working with us
- By following our training systems you can expect to lose 3-5 inches in your first 6 weeks, possibly more.
- Our nutrition coaching is very easy to follow and implement so you won’t need to be stressing or ditching your friends.
