7 weeks ago, Aishling admitted she needed help in getting back into a fitness routine.
She used to exercise 3 or 4 times a week, but had fallen off the wagon completely and was really struggling for consistency.
And even though she was quite familiar with exercise, she always struggled with her nutrition due to a lack of knowledge and the fact that she worked shifts while being a mother.
She knew it was time to get some support and accountability to help her get back into a routine of exercising...and back in control of her food so she could ditch some of those unwanted kilos that had accumulated.

Now, I'd love to say this is a magical program that's going to solve all your problems with minimal effort.
But nothing in life comes without a bit of effort.
So, I laid out Aishling's workouts, I gave her nutritional guidelines and targets, tips on how to better structure her meals to avoid cravings and snacking, and then we made sure to check in every single week, which really gave her the push to get moving and stay on track.
And like all successful clients, Aishling tracked every single day, was never late with a check-in, and wasn't afraid to ask questions along the way.
Which is why she absolutely smashed her weight loss goal and dropped 5.3kg in 7 weeks.
Now, even though she has hit her weight loss goal…we’re not stopping there.
See, where a lot of people go wrong is that they do the diet phase, lose a lot of weight, then go back to eating how they used to…
And end up regaining all the weight they worked so hard to lose.
But that won’t be Aishling.
We’re now into Phase 2 of her coaching where we’ll be looking to establish maintenance calories so she avoids any weight regain…
While also having more carbs and energy to put into her workouts.
Which we’re going to use to get strong as f*ck in the gym and add some nice muscle!
That’s how you should be doing things - fat loss phase to strip off the unwanted fluff, then run a maintenance phase to stabilise your weight and boost your strength gains in the gym.
