The Training Plan
The 8 Week Training plan is designed to target your entire body. It's 3 sessions a week for no more than an hour.
It focuses on sculpting your legs, bum, back arms and stomach while adding muscle tone and dropping fat.
Think about feeling better in your clothes and your own skin while seeing a toned body in the mirror.

Weekly Measurements
As part of the challenge, we do weekly weigh-ins and measurements to ensure progress and keep you motivated and on track.
We deliver full nutritional coaching throughout and make any changes required to ensure you're seeing sustainable progress throughout.
We don't do fads or quick fixes, but we do deliver results.

What Results You Can Expect To See
On average, clients see an average weight loss of 8lbs with over 10 inches melted off overall after the 8 weeks.
