The Tale Of The Man Who Lost A Stone

So today is the tale of a man who has now lost a stone (6.5kg to be exact)

Back on April 5th, he took on our Summer Transformation Challenge.

The key to the challenge was to put the head down for 8 weeks and do the work.

He didn’t miss sessions (even in the pub) and he done some simple but effective work on his diet.

Now only did he take part in the challenge, but he won it!

He’s now walking away with €250 as the prize for winning the challenge.

But who is the winner?

Well the man in question has chosen to remain nameless, which is fair enough.

However, he has been kind enough to allow me write about his success here so far.

Dropping A Stone in 8 Weeks

So Mr. X had been training here for a few weeks.

He was making good progress with his training but he just wanted that kickstart to see some real weight loss.

And even though he was a bit shy about it, he jumped on board the challenge.

He was a bit reluctant because he had weddings, stags and weekends out to attend to.

Not only that, but he’s a family man so of course his nutrition can’t separate him from the family.

So we got to work with some simple changes and pushed him with his training.

When it came to his social life, we just had to focus on putting in some great work on every other day.

(Now I won’t lie, I may have even had one or two pints with him also, look at me being a bad person)

But every single week, he was in showing further progress.

Over the course of the 8 Weeks, he dropped a total of 6.5kg (14.3lbs) and over 10 inches off his body circumference measurements.

His biggest drops were:

2.75 inches off his chest

4.5 inches off his stomach

2 inches off his hips

Consistency Wins Every Time

Over the course of the 8 weeks, he was still able to enjoy family occasions, nights out and even managed a major stag party into it all.

But no matter what, he kept doing the work consistently and it has paid off massively for him.

He has gotten the big boost he needed in terms of weight loss and he’s flying it with his training.

Not only that, but he has been a pure gentleman to have in the gym.
