Feeling Self Conscious And Developing Happiness
Have you ever walked into a room of people only to feel self conscious like you were the biggest one there?

Have you ever gotten all dressed up for a night out, felt great, but as soon as you look at people around you, all your insecurities come to the fore.
Why can’t you have a smaller waist?

Being perfectly honest, life is too short to be constantly fighting insecurities, negative body images and to be spending your time low on confidence.

While I may regularly joke about this place being overran by girls, it’s actually great to see so many doing their thing here.
I’ve seen girls going from being very self conscious and low in confidence to beaming with smiles and enjoying life.
It’s one of the perks of the job and it’s always so satisfying to help people live a happier life.
Whether that comes from helping someone drop a dress size of two, overcome their fear of food or simply allowing them to grow in confidence of their own body by lifting weights.
Only yesterday, I had a check in with a girl who is 1 week into your 28 Day Shape Up Plan and she dropped 5lbs.
To see that little bit of happiness because of that success is worth it all.
And she’s keeping the head down and putting the work in to ensure it keeps on going that way.
Because in 6 months time, she could be a completely transformed person, not just in regards to the number on the scales.
While on social media you will see girls in crop tops or in their best underwear showing off their new protein shaker, I rather to take the complete opposite approach.
I want people to feel better about themselves without the need for validation online.
I want to help people lose weight and tone up so they can be more confident in clothes and in social circles.
