Results & Progress Here In StrongLife Gym


Today I’m just going to do a brief write up on some of the results & progress that are being achieved by people here in StrongLife Gym over the last few weeks and months.

Quite a few followed our Bodyfat Blitz program to create the initial success and then have followed our training systems as members after.

If you’re not familiar with the Bodyfat Blitz, it’s our introductory 6 week program to build a foundation, melt off some fat, tone up and get stronger through a combination of lifting weights and dialling in your nutrition through out diet coaching and regular assessments.

So let’s dive in and take a look at how people have been getting on:

  • Paula is just 2 weeks into her 6 weeks and she is smashing it out of the park so far. She’s 4.8kg down on the scales and over 4 inches gone off her overall. This is phenomenal work and she’s really setting herself up for a huge transformation. We’re already planting the seeds to ensure this is results for long term.
  • Tracy joined to get in shape for her wedding and done unreal in just over 4 weeks. Although she only registered as 1.1kg lighter on the scales she lost a total of 8 inches overall which is brilliant in that time frame. She’s off enjoying her wedding weekend now looking fantastic.
  • Andrea joined as she wanted to tone up but most of all to do it slow and steady to ensure long term results. It started slow but 4 weeks in and she has shrunk by almost 4 inches and is really getting into it now so she’ll easily make a huge difference over the coming weeks.
  • Aine made great progress by dropping 4 inches while developing loads of power to carry over to her GAA training and matches. Alongside that, her running times have dropped rapidly and she’s feeling stronger and fitter.
  • Aoife quickly became a superstar here and in a short 11 weeks she dropped 4.2kg and shed over 10 inches in the process. If you haven’t done so already, you can read her story here –
  • Mary became a StrongWife this year and over 6 months training with me she melted 8 inches and completely transformed herself. Not only that, but she boasts an 80kg Squat and a 100kg Deadlift to go with her new physique. Her story is here –
  • Tracey achieved outstanding results on her 6 week program losing 7lbs and melting 7 inches off herself. She’s now working on becoming stronger while understanding nutrition better and making progress every week. Her story is here –
  • Siobhan and Sibhéal (mother and daughter) both are training here working on getting stronger. In 6 short weeks, they both shed 4.5 inches off themselves and are flying it in training while still managing busy lives outside of the gym too.

So they’re a handful of the many results and progress that we are achieving here on a regular basis.
