How long to get my custom programme?

We strive to get your programme to you within 48 hours of completing the Custom Programming Questionnaire. Just allow extra time for weekends and bank holidays.

Will I need a gym membership?

If you’re not training at a gym, then that’s fine. Just let us know if you have any equipment available at home and we can make your plan suit you.

Is this a one-off payment?

This is a one-off custom programme, so only one payment is required. If needed, you can always get another programme after to keep progressing.

How long should I follow it?

On average, we see that following a programme for at least 6 weeks is best. That way, you have sufficient time to get familiar with all the exercises and techniques, while being able to progress the weight used on all of them.

What if I don’t have any equipment?

Not to worry, we cater for lots of people without equipment. Just let us know on your questionnaire form and we’ll adapt your plan to suit.

What if I don’t know an exercise?

We’ll give you access to our StrongLife exercise library. Or if an exercise just doesn’t suit you, let us know and we’ll swap it out for an alternative.
