Kathryn’s StrongLife Success Story – The SAS Challenge
So today is Kathryn’s StrongLife success story after her completing the recent Shift A Stone Challenge.
She has done brilliantly and is such a welcome addition to the gym.
So without further delay, here’s what Kathryn has had to say (rhyme eh?)
“It was so comforting going into Colm in StrongLife as he was always so helpful and always there to give his expertise advice.
As I had never lifted a weight before, he wasn’t long showing me the correct techniques and answering my never ending questions.
I used to go to the gym and spend hours on the treadmill as I didn’t know what else to do. I never seen the results so I would normally give up after a week or two.
With the SAS Challenge it was so different every week. The workouts varied and I never got bored of them. The SAS Challenge was great as there was unlimited support from Colm in both the gym and through the Facebook Group.
It was always nice to meet the other members of the programme to discuss the workouts and the progress. It never felt like you were alone doing it.
It was a great motivator, especially when I had to go shopping for a new wardrobe. The weekly weigh ins were always a good incentive to stay on track also.
The SAS Challenge was great and it never affected my social life, the workouts were always enjoyable and there was always a welcoming atmosphere in StrongLife, making coming in after work so much easier.
It really doesn’t feel like it’s a diet, it’s simply just a lifestyle change, still getting to enjoy the treats and the weight consistently falling off. It’s a win-win situation really.
Thanks Colm for all your hard work and great motivation. Much appreciated.“
Kathryn has done amazing on the program and over the 8 weeks she has dropped 12.5lbs and shed over 13 inches overall.
She has been inundated with compliments on how amazing she is looking and she deserves every one of them.
Kathryn has been a great addition to the gym. She has been so friendly with everyone in here, always comes in with a smile on her face and gets the work done.
There has been zero complaints or excuses out of her and she has been a pleasure to train.
We’re all delighted she has continued on as a member of StrongLife and I look forward to helping her in 2017 too.
So well done Kathryn and enjoy a few gins over Xmas!
Colm.
