Free Bootcamp – StrongLife Gym – 9am Saturday 30th
So this Saturday the 30th of July, I’m throwing open the doors at 9am to 10 people to come and take on our Bootcamp class.
Looking to melt the flab off your body?
Want to tighten up and get back into your nice clothes?
Tone up your arms, legs and stomach?
You can do all this in our Group Class where we will lay out everything for you so all you have to do is show up and put in the work.
It’s going to be focused around a full body workout with lots on intensity and sweat.
If you still have gas left in the tank then we can always pull out the sleds to finish the class off!
All exercises can be progressed or regressed based on your current fitness levels and abilities so don’t be worrying about that.
What you get:
- Session starts with a light warm up to get you going
- We’ll blast through 5 rounds of a bootcamp style circuit
- Then onto work on some High Intensity and Abs work
- Followed by a light cool down and stretch
And for this Saturday it’s going to be FREE so you can try it out.
But like any gym, we have to cap how many we can take in.
So we’re going to take in 8 lucky people to put them through their paces.
