GONE MISSING – 50 Inches of Bodyfat
9 of our Girls have dropped over 50 inches of bodyfat combined!
So on Monday, I was catching up on a bit of admin work and part of it was updating people’s files with their progress in the gym.
And it was pretty interesting reading if I must say so myself.
I have realised that 9 of our Girls have recorded a combined loss of over 50 Inches as part of their assessments over the last six weeks.
That’s an average of over 5.5 inches per person which is awesome in such a small timeframe. It’s also a real true sign of the great work they are all doing week in, week out.
It’s fantastic progress and a typical trend of how things have been going since January here. People are literally shrinking before my eyes every month all while getting stronger in the gym and enjoying life outside of it.
It’s always so motivating to see such a consistent flow of great results coming through month after month.
And there’s quite a few people joining over the next 10 days that I can’t wait to help out.
