The '10 Weeks To Toned Plan' Is Happening!!


For 10 weeks, I'm going to run a programme that will completely change the lives of local people and allow them to live a more confident life.


Here is what you will get:


- 10 weeks of training with us here in Boyle.

- A fully coached nutrition programme

- Weekly weigh-ins and measurements to ensure you're making progress.

- A nutrition plan that covers precisely how you will be able to keep your results the rest of your life

- Suitable for all ability levels, but best suited to those with less than 1 st to lose.

This challenge is guaranteed to deliver results, but there's a few catches:


1. You must NOT miss more than 3 sessions in the 10 weeks.

2. You must walk at least 10,000 steps per day OR do one of the 10WT home workouts.

3. You must keep a food diary and report your nutrition progress every week.

The challenge starts on Monday January 7th.


It's €200 for the 10 weeks.
